Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from us!

If you’re not happy, here’s what to do:

 

Returns

           You can return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.

Sale items are final sale (no returns unless faulty).

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap an item for another size, colour, or style — contact us within 14 days and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to stock availability.

 

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, please contact us right away — we will replace or refund the item as required by Australian Consumer Law.

 

How to return

Email us at beyondthefarmgates@gmail.com to start your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
