We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Shipping options & costs

Our preferred shipping carrier is Australia Post. Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we take no responsibility for your order and any delays/damage that may occur during shipping. Please refer to Australia Post for information on shipping delays.

Rates throughout Australia and International are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Standard: 3–7 business days (Australia).

Express: 1–3 business days (Australia).

International: varies by country (typically 7–21 business days).

You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Delays

We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays happen (weather, public holidays, etc.). We’ll keep you updated.
